New to the experience of acupuncture? Specific points along meridians are needled to encourage free flow of qi or energy. Sensations such as tingling, heat, radiating or pulsating are all natural responses to acupuncture point activation. Attentive hands will be on deck to nurture and support from start to finish.
Blankets and arcs will be provided. Please bring a thick yoga mat, water bottle and any comfort items to cozify your experience (camping mat/pillow/eye pillow/warm layers).
